When my wife died days after our son was born at twenty six weeks, my entire identity collapsed. I spent months in the NICU and years rebuilding from the inside out. That season forced me to strip off every mask, face the fear that ran my life, and figure out who I actually was. I found answers by studying the world's most successful people and realizing how they thought, believed, and moved. Modeling that changed everything for me.
Later, when I shifted careers into the trades, I saw the same patterns in the young guys I trained. They struggled to learn because they were trying to impress everyone instead of being themselves.
